Jeff founded Dunmoore in 2007, spotting the opportunity to take advantage of the imminent market correction. He oversees a small, entrepreneurial team, focusing on the office, trade counter and multi-let industrial sectors.
He started his career in industrial agency on the south coast and in Bristol and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1992. He joined IO Group in 1995, where he was director of the UK investment and development divisions, overseeing 130 industrial estates with a value of £700 million.
He then went on to join the quoted property company, Merivale Moore, to spearhead the expansion of the industrial portfolio. In 2003, he and his two co-directors successfully undertook a management buyout and formed Moorevale. In the summer of 2007 Jeff disposed of his interest in Moorevale, having achieved an average return on capital invested of more than 60% a year for the period.
He lives in Berkshire and enjoys shooting, horse racing and skiing.
