Project Description

Acquired in June 2019, Bamfurlong is a fully-let industrial estate comprising of 28 units and measuring just over 200,000 sq ft with a low average passing rent.
The estate benefits from a mix of standard occupational leases and geared medium-term leases, with the majority of leases expiring between 2034 and 2039.
We are currently reviewing our strategy with a view to implementing some active asset management which will significantly add value to the asset.
