Intensively asset managed through refurbishment of the existing buildings and disposal of surplus land. Rents increased by 35%. The exterior of the estate was significantly refurbished to improve the external appearance. The design of the units didn’t accommodate much office space so the units were refurbished to include additional office space. These works saw rents increase from £5.00 per sq ft to £8.75 per sq ft.
