Lidl – In 2021, Dunmoore completed the £360,000 letting of a Lidl Supermarket at Billingshurst, on a 25-year lease. The plot was then sold in a forward fund deal with CBREgi for £8.4m achieving a NIY of 4%, with £4m being paid upfront, followed by £3m of construction payments during the build, and a final balancing payment of over £1m when the site reached practical completion in August 2022.
Petrol Filling Station – Dunmoore completed the construction of a petrol filling station in January 2022, with the site costing £1.7m to complete. The property was subsequently let to Rontec for £225,000 pa. on a 20-year term. The site was sold in September 2022 in an owner-occupier deal for £4m, reflecting an NIY of 5.25%.
Costa Coffee – Completed as part of the wider Billingshurst scheme, this site was sold in May 2023 for £1.35m, creating an attractive roadside amenity to support the remaining phases of the estate.
