The Wireless Factory comprises a 10 unit multi-let estate providing 41,000 sq ft of urban chic office space. Since we acquired the site (it was then called Victory Business Centre) in 2014, the previously restrictive planning position has been widened to allow full office use across the estate. As a result of this planning consent, the ground floor of a vacant unit was refurbished to provide a high-quality office show suite, which in conjunction with improving the buildings’ exteriors and hard landscaping, has dramatically altered the space.

We launched four vacant units, totalling 14,000 sq ft between 2016 and 2018 and let them all. We more recently obtained vacant possession of a further unit and let that quickly. With a low site coverage and high car parking ratios, we have obtained planning permission for more than 10,000 sq ft of additional space through second story extensions over six of the units, which will increase the net floorspace of the site by 30%.
