Dunmoore is a privately owned property investment and development company with offices in London and Newbury. Our focus is on office, trade counter and multi-let industrial sectors. With a small core team, we take a highly entrepreneurial approach and have a quick and clear decision making process which enables us to maximse returns from our niche market sectors and has led to us producing a return on capital invested in excess of 25% per annum.
Managing Director & Owner
Jeff started his career in industrial agency on the south coast and in Bristol and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992. He joined The io Group (now VALAD) in 1995. He was Director of the UK Investment and Development Divisions, overseeing 130 industrial estates with a value of £700 million. Here he was responsible for a wide range of joint ventures with parties including; British Land, Hermes, La Salle Investment Managers, Sunley Holdings and Rockspring. He was also instrumental in the formation and success of the award winning £140 million Industrial Partnership and the £40 million Industrial Development Partnership.
Jeff then went on to join the quoted property company, Merivale Moore plc to spearhead the reinvestment and expansion of the industrial portfolio. In 2003 Jeff and his two co directors successfully undertook a management buyout and formed Moorevale. In the summer of 2007 Jeff disposed of his interest in Moorevale having achieved an average return on capital invested of over 60% pa for the period.
Dunmoore was then established by Jeff to focus on the multi-let industrial and trade counter sectors. Jeff lives in Berkshire and enjoys shooting, horse racing and skiing.

After completing his degree in Estate Management at Nottingham Trent, Tomas returned to Wales and joined Emanuel Jones in Cardiff where he completed his qualification as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013.
Tomas has been part of the Dunmoore team since 2014 and now, as Investment Director, he oversees the sourcing and acquiring of new investment opportunities along with the strategic management and value enhancement of the existing portfolio.
Outside work, Tomas turns his focus to a wide variety of sports including cricket, tennis, golf and table tennis. On the rare occasion when his diary is clear from work, he can often be found enjoying the bars and restaurants, particularly those that serve Tapas & Dim Sum.

Having undertaken an MSc in Real Estate Management and Development at Heriot Watt University, Andrew joined Bidwells industrial agency team in Cambridge where he undertook a range of acquisition and disposal work whilst also obtaining his qualification as a Chartered Surveyor in 2016.
Andrew joined the Dunmoore team in 2017 to help expand the portfolio and primarily focus on driving forward our acquisition program, particularly for multi-let and trade counter opportunities, whilst also undertaking asset management on our existing portfolio.
When not in work, Andrew enjoys an active lifestyle and can be found playing a variety of sports including rugby, football, golf and squash.

MYLES HANSON VAUX
Head of Finance
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013 at an SME practice in Southampton, Myles later relocated to London and went on to assist in the finance function set-up of a new division of Berkeley Homes plc (St William Homes).
Following this, Myles spent a year in Vancouver, Canada where he worked for a NYSE listed US commercial property REIT known as City Office REIT, managing the finance and operations functions.
Returning to the UK, Myles joined Dunmoore in February 2019 to lead the finance function and oversee the challenges it faces as the business continues its stellar growth.
When not in work, Myles enjoys an active lifestyle including running – having completed the Vancouver and Paris marathons, with Berlin and further marathons on the horizon as well as getting out and walking his dog, Stanley.

Tim started his career with a fit-out contractor in Dorset as a project surveyor, before heading up to London at the end of 2004 having spent the majority 0f 2003 with the British Army.
He then began working for the consultancy Pelling’s LLP in 2005 as a Building Surveyor, before moving to St. Martins Property Group and more recently Workspace.
Tim joined the Dunmoore team in 2019 to help manage the project and development pipeline on the expanding portfolio by enhancing the oversight on the cost, time quality matrix to ensure increased value as well as assisting with appraisals on potential acquisitions.
Outside of work Tim enjoys being with his family, playing golf (badly) and enjoys watching Rugby & Football. He also helps the charity XLP with their project to assist inner city youth into education and employment, especially into construction trades.

Lizi has gained over 15 years of bookkeeping and office management experience in a wide variety of industries, from small business start ups to international charitable organisations and multimillion pound medical manufacturers.
Lizi joined Dunmoore in January 2017 and enjoys the variety of challenges that come with keeping the books for a dynamic and growing property investment and development company. Working alongside Richard, Lizi maintains Dunmoore’s day to day financial transactions.
Outside of work Lizi enjoys spending time with her family, walking and training her dogs for competing in agility and is an active member of her local church.
