Home Tiles, the fastest growing independent tile retailer in London and the south east, has signed a 10-year lease with a break option at year 5 for the 10,260-sq-ft Unit 14b on Cosgrove Way, which has been fully refurbished.
Cosgrove Trade Park, which Dunmoore has established as one of Luton’s premier trade destinations, is already home to a number of national trade brands including TLC, Euro Car Parts, Mr Clutch and Northgate.
The estate is part of Dunmoore’s expanding Made for Trade-branded trade counter portfolio, which it is looking to grow with further acquisitions.
