Project Description

This was originally a 200,000 sq ft, 7 acre industrial estate that had been owned by the Group for some time where we obtained planning permission to redevelop for residential and formed a Joint Venture with Taylor Wimpey to undertake the construction and marketing of this 190 unit, £50 million GDV development. Waterside Grange is well located for the M4, M25 and in particular will be close to Langley Crossrail Station which will provide excellent commuter links.
Dunmoore has retained ownership of one block which consists of six apartments of which two have now been sold.
