Marley Way, Banbury – Purchased in 2017 for £1.625m, the property comprised 19,000 sqft. of industrial units situated in the towns principal trade location. A comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken which included a render and cedar external finish as well as glazed trade screens. Whilst undertaking the works, terms of surrender were negotiated for three of the units, all of which were refurbished internally and re-let on much improved terms. The estate was sold to Clipstone Investment for £5.5m in April 2022, reflecting a NIY of 4.38%.
