Acquired in late 2013 with the residue of a lease to a food distributor, 9 Nuffield Way was a cold store and distribution facility with associated office accommodation.
We carried out a comprehensive refurbishment and rebranding to provide excellent trade counter accommodation, with glazed curtain wall trade counters, a triple skin composite roof, loading doors, full external recladding and excellent parking levels on a newly-resurfaced yard.
Since completion of the works, the scheme is fully let, showing a return on cost of 159%.
