This was originally a 200,000 sq ft, seven-acre industrial estate that had been owned by us for some time. We obtained planning permission for residential redevelopment and formed a joint venture with Taylor Wimpey to undertake the construction and marketing of this 190-unit, £50 million development. Waterside Grange is well located for access to the M4, M25 and the future Langley Crossrail Station, which will provide excellent commuter links into Central London.
We have retained ownership of one block, which consists of six apartments.
