Purchased in June 2019 for £800k as part of the wider industrial park, with Unit 17 held on long leaseholds. The lease on Unit 16 expired in April 2021, allowing us to carry out a full refurbishment and subsequently let the unit to Boel’s Rental at a record rent for the estate. We also negotiated the long leasehold interest in Unit 17 back into our ownership, enabling a back-to-frame refurbishment. The units were then re-let to Screwfix and Pace Manufacturing, again achieving record rental levels. The assets were sold in April 2025 for £2.75m.
