Unit B, Normandy Lane is a 26,625 sq ft former light industrial unit that was purchased in May 2022 with vacant possession.

The unit, which was previously used to manufacture aircraft hanger doors, is prominently located on Stratton Business Park and has excellent access to the A1 motorway as well as having an established line-up of national occupiers in close proximity.

We will be undertaking a full refurbishment of the existing unit, which will include splitting it into 4 separate units. We have also submitted a planning application to extend the terrace which will provide a finished scheme of 8 units of 42,500 sq ft.

We currently have 3 units under offer to Screwfix, Howdens and Kwik Fit, at rents of £13.25 – £14 psf, with a number of national trade operators expressing an interest in the remaining units.
