Dunmoore, a UK real estate investment and development company, has completed three lettings and two lease renewals at its newly refurbished Mansfield South Trade Park in Nottinghamshire.

Motor Parts Direct, an independent motor factor, Iceni Windows, a supplier of windows, doors and conservatories and A Woodland & Son, a flooring specialist, have signed up for new units on 10-year leases, while national occupiers Howdens and Eyre & Ellison have both renewed on long-term leases.

These lettings follow the completion of Doonmoore’s transformation of the former 23,750 sq ft industrial estate. The estate now only has one fully refurbished vacant 2,357 sq ft unit available to let.

The transformed estate is part of Dunmoore’s expanding made for trade-branded trade counter portfolio, which it is looking to grow with further acquisitions.

Commercial Property Partners and Rapleys are advising Dunmoore on the letting of the estate.

Stuart Waite, director of Commercial Property Partners, said: “We are delighted to have secured several new tenants on long-term leases for this comprehensively refurbished scheme, which is testament to the excellent job Dunmoore has done in repositioning this estate as an appealing, modern trade park in what is the premier trade counter pitch in the town.”
